There seems to be no segfault in my machine, after I removed
contrl-Ms at the ends of the lines. I do not think that segfault
because of control-M's is a showstopper by itself.

But I have some bugfixes  tp ppg I would like to see included,
if you can wait a day.

Shridhar, had your configuration file control-Ms ? (They may
be my email program's addition.)

A
