UDH and PDU

I'm sending this UDH and PDU via Kannel to another http interface with a SMS
aggregator.. however I am not revieving anything on my phone.. can someone
please tell me if the content is correct.. it's a M-notification.inf
message.. for MMS

I have contacted the aggregator and they thing it's something wrong with my
PDU or UDH???
