I did not dear to go that far. I was thinking of seeing
if the smsc modules could be selected at './configure' time.
Now also all modules are added even if someone does not want them.

But if those modules are not used anymore I am +1 for it.
(I assume were are speaking of all SMSC code starting from
the smsc_wrapper)
