[FYI] added new SM/ASI SMSC module to CVS

Hi there,

just to let you know, that we implemented the SM/ASI protocoll to talk
to CriticalPath InVoke SMS Center machines. It's in the CVS and it's
heavily based on the SMPP module design.

If someone has been waiting for this to connect to a specific SMSC
provider, please let us know which one your are using and how the
module performs (it does good work on our side). Use a private mail to
me in such a case.
