SAR and GPRS

I was reading through the Kannel 1.2.0 changes since 1.1.6.  I read that
this:

Added wapbox directive 'force-sar' for forced processing of segmentation and
reassembly (WTP-SAR) packages. 

does this mean Kannel now supports SAR..

another thing is I would like to know if Kannel supports Nokia GPRS OTA
instead of the regular CSD OTA.. or if I can push an GPRS Nokia XML document
and get a udh and a pdu..
