my kannel has been behaving weirdly... i have a roaming SIM from an operator in another country and it is consistently failing to send messages to numbers from a certain local operator.... sending to the other local operators is fine.... this first part shows the failure... what does the different values of "send command status" mean? i only know 0 means success.... 2002-08-30 14:51:15 [3] INFO: smsbox: Got HTTP request </cgi-bin/sendsms> from <*.*.*.*> 2002-08-30 14:51:15 [3] INFO: sendsms used by <n2n> 2002-08-30 14:51:15 [3] INFO: sendsms sender:<n2n:15013> (*.*.*.*) to:<+65********> msg:<why> 2002-08-30 14:51:15 [7] DEBUG: boxc_receiver: sms received 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: international starting with + (+65********) 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: TP-Validity-Period: 24.0 hours 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> AT+CMGS=16^M 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: 1 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> 0011000A9156199190780000A70377741E 2002-08-30 14:51:16 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> ^Z 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- ERROR 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: -1 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> AT+CMGS=16^M 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: 1 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> 0011000A9156199190780000A70377741E 2002-08-30 14:51:18 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> ^Z 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- ERROR 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: -1 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> AT+CMGS=16^M 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: 1 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> 0011000A9156199190780000A70377741E 2002-08-30 14:51:23 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> ^Z 2002-08-30 14:51:28 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:28 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- ERROR 2002-08-30 14:51:28 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: -1 here's a successful case... can anyone tell if it's any different from the previous? 2002-08-30 14:51:52 [3] INFO: smsbox: Got HTTP request </cgi-bin/sendsms> from <*.*.*.*> 2002-08-30 14:51:52 [3] INFO: sendsms used by <n2n> 2002-08-30 14:51:52 [3] INFO: sendsms sender:<n2n:15013> (*.*.*.*) to:<+65********> msg:<why> 2002-08-30 14:51:52 [7] DEBUG: boxc_receiver: sms received 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: international starting with + (+65********) 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: TP-Validity-Period: 24.0 hours 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> AT+CMGS=16^M 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: 1 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> 0011000A9156797919700000A70377741E 2002-08-30 14:51:54 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: --> ^Z 2002-08-30 14:51:56 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- > 2002-08-30 14:51:56 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- +CMGS: 113 2002-08-30 14:51:56 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: <-- OK 2002-08-30 14:51:56 [5] DEBUG: AT2[/dev/ttyS2]: send command status: 0 -> [email protected] --------------------------------- Do You Yahoo!?
