Oh, I see. no- I don't think that would be a good idea. what you should do in this case is to first empty the messages stored in SM memory, either by running Kannel with message-storage="SM" or by manually deleting the messages using the handset interface, and then run Kannel with message-storage="ME". alternativly you can keep running Kannel in "SM" mode. I don't think that reading two memory types is a good idea, as you can't be sure of the modem having both ME and SM memory types, and besides - its not needed for running Kannel: after setting +CPMS any new messages will be stored in that memory type, from which Kannel will read. messages received before running Kannel are outside the scope (IMO). -- Oded Arbel m-Wise mobile solutions [email protected] +972-9-9581711 (116) +972-67-340014 ::..
