Bind and Unbind

Hi all,

How do I bind and unbind using SMPP connection without restarting the
bearerbox and smsbox? Can anyone tell me how to do that, or any command that
I can build a GUI with? The reason why I ask is, when I stop/kill the
service (bearerbox and smsbox) the SMPP SMSC still bind the port that I
previously connected to. That way, when I need to reconnect the SMSC refuse
my connection because it assume I am still connected. Also, TRx bind and
unbind, how do I do that?
