help: how to improve the performatce of concurrence

 The concurrent service is very limited. Why? How to solve?
 The environment is:   Sloaris8, Kannel1.2.0.
 Here only PPG function is used. In PI, the push-response delay maximum time is 1 second. Only less than 20 cuncurrent PI users can be provided.
