RE: SMPP server default data coding and all

 I am connecting to a Comverse SMSC. BTW it sets
coding to 0, but sends this as 7 bit data. Note that
in cases where the phone sends one message, the
message is not 7 bit packed. I guess if the phone puts
a UDH in, the SMSC does not touch it. But how to know
at SMPP client end??
