Problem with using GSM Phone as SMSC !!!

Hi,
I am trying to use Kannel as SMS Gateway. I am using a GSM Phone as SMSC.
The model of GSM Phones used are:
Ericsson T39m, Ericsson SH888, Ericsson T68, Nokia 9210, Nokia 7650.
I connect this phone to the port COM1 on the machine where is installed
Kannel software (file device=/dev/ttyS0), but i had problems. I send you
2 files: in "ericsson888.doc" there is the kannel configuration file, and
in "kannel2.doc" there are the logs fetched during the tests.
Before this tests i used the "FakeSMSC" and everything was ok.

I haven't mounted the device=/dev/ttyS0. I don't know if i need a driver
for this kind of modem or if it is supportd automatically by Kannel.
