bearerbox problem

Dear sir,

When I start bearerbox, a thread "sms_router" will shutdown immediately. The log file records following info:
    DEBUG: sms_router: list_len = 0
    DEBUG: Thread 3 (gw/bb_smscconn.c:sms_router) terminates
So the message can't be sent to SMSC.
Pls help me.
