Kannel/WTLS?

Hi all!

Please Does anybody know how I can get ports 9202 and 9203 up with the 
kannel?
Does anybody already has the kannel 1.2 working well with this ports 
(supporting WTLS)?

Pleace help me!

I want to know if I can really work with the kannel but with this port:9203.
