SMS gateway

Hello, there!

I am a student at the University of Macau, and I am currently working on a
project to send SMS from any mobile or even a website to a gateway using
the less hardware possible (and that would probably involve nothing more
than a PC).

Can that be done using your software? And are there any charges for
educational/experimental purposes (since the project's theoretical idea is
to be applied to our university campus).
