how to install "SAR Patch"

Hi All,
i would like to know how i can install the last SAR patch "SAR-snapshot-patch.txt",
downlodable in the dev-mailing list.
My OS is Red Hat 7.2, should i use the unix command "patch -p0 < SAR-snapshot-patch.txt",
in with directory should i run the command ???
