This means the boxc_id has been set. Hmm, but if your smsbox does not identify to bearerbox, why does specific smsc module sets the boxc_id?! Are you using dlr via internal memory or mysql?! If you use mysql, please check what the boxc_id entry is saying. Interesting issue, can you provide more information? AFAIK, this should not happen.
