Q: Service Centre Time Stamp and SMPP

Hi,
It's an SMPP question, not really kannel specific, I guess.

I would like to get the Service Centre Time Stamp from mobile
originated (MO) deliver_sm PDU. 
Service Centre Time Stamp is normally part of the SMS 
"header" (as Protocol Identifier, Data Coding Scheme, etc.)
but I do not see such a value on kannel trace/log.
I have checked the SMPP 3.4 standard and it is not clear
whether SMSC gives this information out.
So, the question: is the Service Centre Time Stamp part of
the MO deliver_sm PDU?
