Decrypting a MMS Message

Hello everyone, i sent a mms with the "vodafone mms composer" to a siemens tc 35 and "told" it to keep every message it receives. So i had the chance to get a notification sms from vodafone. I tried to decrypt the sms with help of the documentation i have but i can not decrypt everything. Does anyone of you have an idea what the unknown entries (marked with questions marks) mean or perhaps have a document where this is explained (for example like WAP-167-ServiceInd-20010731-a page 23-25 describes for Push Messages)? I hope that somebody can help me and send me some information as soon as possible.
