i was going to grab it along with some other pieces (like re-concating MO 
msgs, MT concat,  etc), but alas time hasnt allowed. The sms_service stuff 
has been done differently to the current url-trans code. In fact most if 
not all of it is encapsulated in sms_service.[ch] and should be very simple 
to add to Kannel. It would however mean replacing the current sms-service 
stuff with Kalle's
