Or is the matching internal to Kannel?  I include a unique identifier in 
the URL I
use to send the message, and then Kannel will be able to match the sent
message with the URL I have identified as requiring a delivery report?

If so, how does Kannel identify the message?  I guess it would get a 
unique
identifier back from the SMSC? 

If there is somewhere I should be reading for this information, instead of
posting to this list, I would appreciate a polite pointer in that 
direction.
