please don't take me wrong. This may sound roude, but what you need to
do is to implement an MMS-C that stores MMS messages, transcodes them,
issues PPG requests and all this kind of things.

I suggest that you make yourself familiar with the WAP specifications,
there is a bunch of information that you have to be aware of.

Unfortunatly there is no such thing like "tell me what I have to do
and I'll do it." If it would be that simple to tell you how to
implement an MMSC, we could make a tutorial and everyone on the list
could have one ;)

BTW, Kannel already supports MMS transport over it's WAP gateway parts
and also the MMS notification indications using it's PPG.
