Of course it is not a solution, but just don't use wap proxy with your P800,
it works much faster without it and is able to show mp4 
that it's not possible to pump through the proxy

I don't think that this issue is related to SAR implementation.
Many mms has the last byte as 0, and I don't see any problem with it
