kannel using unicode

Good day,


I was wondering if you help us in configuring kannel to accept/send using
unicode?

I tried the solution given to me in users kannel group but to no avail.
and I found out that kannel can only send Unicode on emi2? How about the
other drivers?  Or was kannel has been tested in accepting/sending
unicode?
