mmm I am currently working on the setup of a Kannel gateway for
Switzserland, and I'm not aware of this....
To my knowlegde, there are three operators there, and they use the following
protocols:

Orange: CIMD2
Sunrise: CIMD2
Swisscom: ISERVER (propietary) for Premium SMS nad UCP/EMI for Bulk SMS
