Re: DLR callback url

Hi,

I cannot find the % options that can be specified as part of a DLR 
callback.  I managed
to track down %d as the type of callback, but is there any other 
information, that can
be parameterised as part of the URL.

Perhaps I missed it in the doco, in which case I apologise for not RTFM 
properly.
