mo-recode-charset = utf-8 ? ;)

it's a simple patch. Just carry this string to mo-recode function and give it to
iconv.

I guess it's always possible to convert from iso to utf8 and from ucs2 to utf8,
thus you'll have always utf-8 requests.

Besides, it's easier to do utf8-iso-utf8 than ucs2-something in external apps ;)
