I thought MM4 was used for MMSC interconnect ? Sorry to quote standards
again :-), but section 6.1, figure 3 of 23.140 shows this.

This is certainly true of the earlier versions, but the current version
is detailed enough for an MM7 implementation.

Ugh, but interesting. Do you have a reference to a CMG document describing
this interface ?
