[FYI] MT to MO direction switching

Hi list,

I have added a new section to the user's guide describing how to use
the smsc_http module to make MT to MO direction changes inside
bearerbox.

Basically you setup the 'send-url' up to the same port (HTTP server)
of the HTTP SMSC module, hence you push the MT into the module again
as MO which will go up again to the smsbox.

This may be used to allow smsbox users to inject (MT) messages and
handle them (using the MT-to-MO loop) as MO messages as if they would
be orginating from an SMSC.
