Yes. Seems like there are things like 'sms-resend-frequency', 
'sms-resend-timeout' and 'sms-lifetime' - cellular phone as SMSC
is so unpredictable that these were added..
(yes of course they worked with other SMSCes, too, the logic was added 
 to sms_router)
