[FYI] MT batch utility added

Hi list,

I have added utils/mtbatch.c to the cvs tree, which is a utility to
run MT batches. mtbatch takes two arguments, one file containing the
SMS text itself and a file containing destination numbers (each in a
line). It connects via smsbox port to bearerbox and issues
sequentially the same SMS text to the buld destination numbers.

This can be used for bulk MT traffic from known destination numbers
that are placed in a single text file.

Currently only 7-bit is supported, but this may be extended in the
future.
