I guess you do a 'get-url' in your sms-service group, right?! Maybe
smsbox could not reach your HTTP server? Please check smsbox.log to
see if it gets a response for every request.

Another thing may be, that the sms-service keyword routing is
mis-configured and not all MOs are handled, so that some get droped?!
