samsung phones & wap push/bookmarks

is it supposed to work with samsung ? :) and... if not... what ways of 
sending a url to these phones would you suggest?
there are examples on encoding push and bookmark messages inside kannel 
contrib/
but none of them worked for me with any of samsung phones (tried with 
three different models)
