Re: samsung phones & wap push/bookmarks

Kannel has some features, that are almost-bugs. Can you send the content
to Samsung as a binary sm, with following changes (I do not have a 
Samsung phone)

a) remove push-flag, it is, bytes b480
b) add Encoding-Version, it is bytes c393

Would commit these, after I have tested them.
