Well.. for us :-)

* i added an extra smsc var smsc-ctrl-id and a parallel value, id_ctrl, in 
the smscconn struct.
* smscconn_create looks for this optional value in the config file and if 
not present defaults id_ctrl to the smsc-id
* changed smsc2_find to use conn->id_ctrl instead of conn->id
* changed smsc2_restart_smsc to use smsc-ctrl-id and then smsc-id when 
looking through the config groups.
* and finally modified smsc2_status to show the smsc-ctrl-id next to the 
smsc_id if they are different.
and thats it.....
