Uh, they just use plain text !! . Here's a sample : say Bind Service(to authenticate) : BS0001CSEAiG0006cms978<NULL> Here's their table format (left to right) : Field Size(b) Type ----- ------- ------ Message Type 2 ASCII-fix Message Id 4 ASCII-dec Source Service Code 3 ASCII-fix Dest Service Code 3 ASCII-fix Msg Length 4 ASCII-dex Service Password 6 ASCII-fix Basically the documents for this smsc is suggesting I just open client connection to their port and pump text in and await for textual response.
