Sure, but its a problem if the client (ie. smsbox or other)
uses the MSISDNs and expects a certain convention for
source/recipient MSISDNs in DLRs. If the different DLR providers
are inconsistent in what they use as source/dest MSISDNs in
the generated report Msg, then there is a bug.
