Is something wrong with MMS notification PDU

Hi,

I've sent following M-notification.ind,

The Nokia 3530 phone is fetching the content from my web server, but after fetching it does not display anything on the phone. I've created .mms file using Nokia's NDS for MMS and have attached the same. Is something wrong with PDU or the content if somebody can point the error, I would be very thankful.

I tried both types of expiry
X-MMS-Expiry: 

%88%06%80%04%3d%64%8d%80 Absolute

and

%88%05%81%03%01%51%80

Is this correct.
