SMPP esm_class handling for deliver SM - bug ?

The SMPP driver checks for SMSC delivery receipts by

            if ((pdu->u.deliver_sm.esm_class == 0x02 ||
                 pdu->u.deliver_sm.esm_class == 0x04)) {

However, the 3.4 specification has a value of xx0001xx for
DLRs - see 5.2.12.ie. only bit 2 matters.

I've noticed this because an SMSC is
sending me an esm_class value of 7 which the driver is failing
to handle as a DLR.

I don't have 3.3 to hand - can anyone check to see if this a
3.3 -> 3.4 change ?
