forgot to mention that the MMSC will only accept MMS sender that have
provided their MSISDN visibily to the NAS. Which means if the RADIUS
accounting packets did not include an MSISDN, the MMSC will refuse the
MMS sending.

Please ensure that you have activated MSISDN forwarding in your
device. Beware that some GSM networks do block (by which reasons ever)
the calling number to receivers. So if you have activated the MSISDN
forwarding and you still get refused, then obviously your network is
blocking it and our NAS does not see it.

If this is the case, please mail me a timestamp when you tried this
with which device and I'll check the logs.
