it's yet not decided if we will put the RADIUS accounting proxy into
1.3.2 devel, because that release would be mainly a bug-fix to 1.3.1
and a release candidate for 1.4.0 stable.

Either it will go directly after 1.3.2 into CVS or it will be
included. 

Why does 1.3.2 take so long? Simple, we have 2 issues in the WAP
secion: PPG multi-part parsing and WSP encoding-version that has to be
solved and some issues in the SMS scope that we have to review and
commit.

So I hope we get it done till end of the week. I'll be concentrating
on it.
