I don't see the effect in specifying this in the command line if you
can have this in the configuration anyway?!

We run 3 production Kannel instances (hence 3 different store files)
and all are defined anyway via it's own kannel.conf file, because you
have different ports (for admin HTTP, etc).

So I'm at least now -1 for this patch, at least as long as you don't
make us believe why it should be necessary ;)
