would be great, but to us would be truly useful if implemented across all 
modules.
The question is not really how to implement these in the smsc module, as 
the above 3 are trivial.
How do we interface this to smsbox? Is this a querybox? Does it generate 
the appropriate dlr and pass back the status via the dlr mechanism?
