using Kannel as SMSC over SMPP

Hi there:

	1.	Is that possible to using Kannel as a SMSC Simulator(use GSM modem,
for sms sending)  over SMPP v3.4 for other WAP GATEWAY to send Push Message?
	2.	If it does, then what about the inter-connectivity, is there a list of
vendor whose wap gateway have been tested?
	3.	If it does, does Kannel support MMS notification when simulating SMSC?
	4.	If it does not, then could you recommand SMSC Simulator, which support
the function I metioned here?
