[REQ] WTLS class B certification

Hi list,

we currently provide WTLS service on our REFPOOL machine for the Open
Group tests via the kwtlsbox (developed once by 3ui.com). Handset
manufacturers who are passing the certification tests are having
*huge* problems with that. kwtlsbox is crashing a lot.

Open Group told me that Kannel can not be certified as class B gateway
if WTLS part is not included. And I had to tell them that it is
currently *not* included by it's own.

So, to all who care: If we want to get Kannel in the same reputation
state as commercial products we have to get WTLS finished inside
Kannel. As most people know, there is already code inside, but yet not
finished.

Anyone who is willing (and has experience with SSL/TLS stuff) should
pick up the wap/wtls* files and kwtls as reference and get going.
