just filed this bug to Mantis.

Do we have mechanisms for content-type converters for the request side
too?

This is essential for decoding binary encoded 'multipart/form-data'
and also for Bruno's suggestion in having decoding MMS binary POSTS
via wapbox internally to plain-text HTTP multiparts that are passed to
an HTTP server that does not have to be aware of MMS binary magic.

Aarno, any ideas from your side here?
