AW: Push PDU

Thanks Aarno!

Yes, the compiled xml-document was wrong. The php-configuration was
wrong, magic_quotes_gpc must be Off not On, so all 0x00 were converted
to 0x5c 0x30.
The php-script sends the push to a sms-daemon which builds the pdu and
there the xml-content was wrong.
Now it works.

So far everything is good. (But you do not need add  
X-WAP-Application-Id: wml.ua; this is the default).

But the si document is strange. See WAP-167-ServiceInd-20010731-a, it  
contain a quite good example
document.
