Set the TP-MTI and TP-MR fields

Hello,

Does anyone know how to switch off the TP-MR field in the SMS-SUBMIT so that
SMSC stop sending me Reports. Currently I have set that field to 11
according to the STK Applet Reference Manual.

Please help.
