DLR problem

Hello,

I have defined a new service within Kannel to send the
received sms with certain keyword to an email address.
The process does not work and the following error
message appears at the consol:

"ERROR: got DLR but could not find message or was not
interested in it"

I have checked the SMSC and it seems nothing is wrong,
could you please, help.
