Hi, "STK Applet Reference Manual" is for SIM toolkit development "SIM Applet". The question which I have asked is about SMS_SUBMIT from SIM to SMSC. And according to the specs first bit if set to 11 it should stop SMSC sending SMS text messages as a confirmation. Now each Binary SMSPP I receive I get this painful confirmation from SMSC which says "SENT" and that goes to the normal Handset's SMS message box. After receiving quite a few of them Handset runs out of memory and can't store any more SMS text messages from SMSC, which means I have to remove them one by one in order to have my normal binary SMS's coming to SIM. But please let me know how this report is coming to you, as an SMS? Also what is "STK Applet Reference Manual"?
