Can you please use CVS version that has more debug to see if kannel is
correctly sending the Location WSP code, which should be as I'm using it
with other devices.

I'm not sure but I had some problems with "old" devices - either some
Siemens or T68 - that didn't follow locations, back one year and a half
when I did some stuff for them.
